The building houses the Individual Assignment System (IAS) for general civil matters, as well as specialized parts for family law and matrimonial matters (which we do not handle). Per diem services are available to attorneys and law firms only.
- $250 per session (morning or afternoon) for preliminary conferences, compliance conferences, status conferences, motions, and orders to show cause.
- $250 for JCP calendar calls and trial readiness conferences.
- $550 per deposition or EBT.
- $800 flat day rate for a full-day deposition.
- +$100 additional charge if an interpreter is required (EBT or 50-H hearing).
No hourly billing. No surcharges for extended wait times or difficult courtrooms. If your appearance runs across the afternoon session (past 1:00 PM), an additional $250 applies for the afternoon session.
