The building houses the Individual Assignment System (IAS) for general civil matters, as well as specialized parts for family law and matrimonial matters (which we do not handle). Pricing: Flat Rates, No Surprises

Per diem services are available to attorneys and law firms only.

• $250 per session (morning or afternoon) for preliminary conferences, compliance conferences, status conferences, motions, and orders to show cause.
• $250 for JCP calendar calls and trial readiness conferences.
• $550 per deposition or EBT.
• $800 flat day rate for a full-day deposition.
• +$100 additional charge if an interpreter is required (EBT or 50-H hearing).

No hourly billing. No surcharges for extended wait times or difficult courtrooms. If your appearance runs across the afternoon session (past 1:00 PM), an additional $250 applies for the afternoon session.
