Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026.

The Law Office of Frederic R. Abramson operates abramsonlegal.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how our office uses it, and which outside services receive it.

Information You Send Us.

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, firm, a description of your matter, and any documents you attach. We also record the page the form was sent from. We use this information to respond to you, to decide whether we can take the matter, and to check for conflicts of interest. We may also send you an automatic email confirming that your message arrived.

Sending a form or an email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until the firm agrees to represent you, please send only the information needed to describe your matter.

If you request a document from the site, such as a guide, we use your email address to send it to you and to notify our office of the request.

Information Collected Automatically.

The site uses Google Analytics to measure how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We review this information in aggregate to improve the site. Google handles the information it collects under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Who Receives Your Information.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our practice:

Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions. Resend delivers the email notifications and confirmations the site sends. Google provides the analytics service described above and our firm email.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Links on this site lead to court websites, Google Maps, and other sites we do not control. Their own policies govern what they collect.

How Long We Keep It.

We keep inquiries and the documents sent with them for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of the matters we review, including the records we use to check for conflicts of interest.

Security.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website, email, or internet transmission is completely secure, however, so please keep that in mind when deciding what to send.

Children.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your Choices.

To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email fabramson@abramsonlegal.com. We will honor the request unless our professional obligations require us to keep the record.

Changes to This Policy.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
