Correction: This Judge Sits in Nassau County
This page has been wrong twice and is now verified against both county rosters. Justice Genovesi formerly sat in Kings County as IAS Part 30 and FRP-5. She now sits in Nassau County Supreme Court, IAS Part 35. She appears on the Nassau County Supreme Court justices roster and does not appear on the Nassau County Supreme Court Civil Term judges list, where Part 30 is no longer published and FRP-5 is now before Justice Mirocznik. Her Nassau Part 35 rules were updated July 16, 2026. A correction posted here on August 5, 2026 said the opposite and told counsel to appear in Brooklyn. That was wrong and it is withdrawn.
