What to Expect
Justice Heitner coordinates the compliance conference schedule with pending motions, so a conference may move when a motion is adjourned.
Field Note: October 21, 2026
On October 21, 2026, our office appeared for defendants on a motion. The motion was adjourned about six weeks, and the compliance conference was moved to January because the motion would not be decided until after the new year. That is an account of a specific appearance, not a published rule.
