The published Part Rules identify the judge as Hon. Phil Solages, A.J.S.C., sitting in Part 30 of Supreme Court, Nassau County, at 100 Supreme Court Drive in Mineola. An earlier version of this page listed him as an IAS/ADR judge handling commercial and settlement matters. The published rules do not describe the part that way, and we corrected the page on August 5, 2026. If you have seen him listed as Philippe Solages, that is the same judge; the rules use the shorter form.
